Red Ink

I am sorry, but a question was posed the other day concerning the use of red
ink on DSS documents.  I do not remember the author of the posting or the
intent of the question-

but I have seen color photos of red ink in DJD vol 12 (4QNum (b)).  On page
210-211 a discussion occurs concerning the use of red ink.
