Indeed, the complexity of palaeobotany requires a Cray compy or two to
handle the dbase.
But neither the palaeoflora of the Jordan Valley nor the palaeohomeopathy of
the Essenes was target of my modest inquiry, rather the palaeoethnobotanical
approach of the agricultural capital stock, the triad of grain, vines and
olives. For we know the mutual dependence of farming and fighting in
preindustrial systems, where the primate of food has dominated any thought.
And that, once the food is relative secured, man directly starts to
philosophize...
