   Thank you for your most useful answer, Bob.  I was out for part
   of the day, returned to find a swamp of posts, suddenly generated
   from other lists (most just clogging my screen), so my reply is
   late.

   My only comment is to note it took three posts to finally get
   your reply, a measure of the problem outside students like myself
   face.  It's a carryover from the bad old days of not laying it
   all out.

   You've done a real service with your answer.
