orion sefer hegeh?

Some time ago Martin Jaffee asked about sfr hgy/hgw. In case bibliography
is still of interest, here's something I saw while looking for something
else.
In _The Judean Scrolls and Karaism_ (London, 1962), Naphtali
Wieder's chapter 7 is "The 'Book of Hegeh': A Study in the Semantics of the
Root HGH," pp. 215-251.
He gives much bibliography on previous discussion. He concludes it
means the book of reading, par excellence. In other words, torah or bible.
He compares the words miqra' and qur'an. It is, at a minimum, a learned and
well documented essay.
