you are right. But shape and distances used for the physical reconstruction
of the scroll make it highly probable that 4Q259 and 4Q319 are foolowing
each other on the same column without a longer vact (comparable e.g. to the
free lines at the end of 1QS and 1QSa). [Cmp. also S. Metso (1993) JJS 303-308].
