There are numerous cases, which have been observed in the literature since
the scrolls were discovered. Two examples are Deut 32:8 and 43. See
Emanuel Tov's books THE TEXT-CRITICAL USE OF THE SEPTUAGINT (Jerusalem:
Simor, 1981) and TEXTUAL CRITICISM OF THE HEBREW BIBLE (Minneapolis:
Fortress, 1992).
